Andrew Jordan - Founder, Chairman & CEO
Career in international currency & fixed income trading - Bank of Nova Scotia, Barclays Bank and Cantor Fitzgerald. Capitalizing on his experience in global financial markets, Andrew developed his vision for the Dashboard Communication software & systems; with multiple industry applications. Andrew recently recognized the need for a mobile communication solution in financial markets culminating in the global launch of Dashboard Mobile Financial; the leading mobile (RIM) communication platform in Financial markets.

Mark Fox, Ph.D. - Vice-Chairman
Chairman, CEO and Co-founder of Novator Systems. Mark Fox is a recognized pioneer in the fields of computer science and artificial intelligence. Mark is a Professor of Industrial Engineering at the University of Toronto.
Before founding Novator, Mark co-founded Carnegie Group Inc., a publicly owned software company that creates intelligent systems for solving engineering, manufacturing and telecommunications challenges. Mark holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Carnegie-Mellon University, where he was also a Professor of Computer Science and Robotics.

Keely Hyatt - Managing Partner
Keely joined Dashboard Communication with a background in Marketing and Advertising. In her previous position, with ZiG, one of Canada’s top advertising agencies, she managed production and implementation of mass communication programs for clients such as Unilever and Greenpeace. Prior to joining Dashboard Keely pursued a career as a professional athlete in the equestrian sport of Three Day Eventing.

Geoff Schmidt - Director Sales, Retail Brokerage and Mutual Funds
Geoff brings extensive retail brokerage and mutual fund experience to the Dashboard team. Geoff was a Retail Investment Advisor for 16 years at BMO Nesbitt Burns. Before that, Geoff managed the mutual fund department at ScotiaMcleod for three years.

Ashley P Pover - Non Executive Chairman
Ashley Pover has been involved in the global equity and fixed income markets for 25 years in London and Toronto. Ashley held various senior management positions at Cantor Fitzgerald’s London Office, and Chief Executive of the Canadian Office. During his time in the financial markets he has served on numerous boards, both in the public and private sector. Most recently Ashley has been working at Dexion Capital, a London based Hedge Fund of Funds.

Robert Baida - Managing Partner
Robert Baida has been involved in the global equity and fixed income markets for more than 15 years in Toronto, Hong Kong and London. Located in London for the past decade, Rob has opened trading desks and been involved with the launch of many new electronic trading operations at Cantor Fitzgerald, Bloomberg and most recently at Royal Bank of Canada.
